Individualized Assessment

Treatment plans are individually customized with input from the patient and members of the treatment team. With a focus on personalized care and evidence-based practices, Ascent Health is designed to provide patients with the best possible outcomes.

Mental Health

Supportive therapy is part of our comprehensive care model. Challenges will be addressed in a collaborative manner to ensure that patients have the proper coping skills and resources to sustain long-term recovery.

Medication Management

Utilizing ASAM guidelines, we individually assesses patients to determine the best pharmacological regimen to block neurotransmitters involved in opioid addiction. Routine monitoring allows us to track progress and make adjustments when needed.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Helping clients to more smoothly and seamlessly adapt back into their families and communities. Programs are designed to establish support mechanisms, help with substance relapse, and provide coping strategies.

Medication Assisted Treatment

Overcome opiate dependence with medication management and supportive therapy. Buprenorphine & Naloxone, medications approved by the FDA, treat opioid addiction and offer a pain-free recovery experience.

Aftercare Treatment

Once a patient safely detoxes from drugs, they need help, encouragement, and advice on how to maintain their sobriety from licensed clinicians.
